I have independent contractors who worked in more than one dental office, each office with its own set of accounts in QuickBooks. The individuals earned less than $600 in each office, but more than $600 total for three offices. Are the earnings combined for the purpose of producing Form 1099-NEC?

I have a single-member LLC doing IT work and would like to start a DBA under my current LLC, as well as upgrade it to an S Corp. Additionally, I'm looking to get into transportation and purchase a truck for cargo and long hauls, which I want to do under my current LLC. What is your pricing for the service? What is your pricing for your tax assistance service? We shot a music video and paid for it in 2021. We will not receive the video master until 2022. My understanding is that the master is an asset that we will depreciate over a number of years. How do I list this on our 1065 for the LLC?

There has been fraud on my account, and it was reported. The account was closed for 2 days, and I received a new account number. I have a balance of about $385 (including the fraudulent amounts) and have not been able to make a payment. Does anyone else have access to this account?
