How can I find out about receiving my 3rd stimulus check? I check the IRS site daily and it says I am eligible but I still haven't received a payment. I am 51 years old, single, and made $87,000 this year. What else can I do to track my payment?

I received a request from my state's unemployment agency to provide proof of self-employment again. I originally sent in a 1040 for 2019, but now they are asking for proof from 2019 up to the claim date of 04/02/2020, which would include the 2020 tax form. Their form says acceptable forms include providing the EIN. What exactly am I supposed to send?
