I need to amend my 2020 and 2021 tax forms because I didn't retrieve necessary documents from Fidelity due to my retirement. I used TurboTax on my computer, but I don't remember the ID and password for 2020. I have copies of my forms from Fidelity showing where I paid Federal taxes up front for 401k and pension plans. The IRS says I owe money, which I believe should offset each other, minus penalties. What steps should I take to amend these tax forms?
