I own a non-listed company abroad and was informed that there is a regulation about deemed dividend, meaning even if the company did not pay an actual dividend, I have to pay dividend income tax to the US tax office on the net income of the company. I was also informed that there is a way to defer this kind of tax imposition and I would like to learn more about it. Specifically, I want to know: 1.
