My LLC was supposed to be taxed as an S-Corp in 2021, but it was filed as an S-corp in 2022. The return was accepted and the due tax was paid. The IRS sent a letter stating that the S-corp wasn't effective until 1/22 because it wasn't filed on time for 2021. What will happen now?
