I received a Notice CP32A regarding a refund check for 2020 that I never received. I tried calling the IRS but couldn't reach a real person. My WIFI is not secure. When did you receive the notice? Have you received notices like this in the past? Is there anything else the Accountant should know before I connect you?

I am receiving US Social Security benefits under Survivor Benefits through my ex-husband.
