Regarding freelancing and tax loopholes, if I don't make it an official business and treat it more like a hobby, how would this affect my taxes? I received a Notice CP32A regarding a refund check for 2020 that I never received. I tried calling the IRS but couldn't reach a real person. My WIFI is not secure. When did you receive the notice?
