My tax return is ready in Turbotax in Irvine, but it requires the AGI for the year 2021. I have filed my taxes myself last year and kept a copy, but I am having trouble determining my identity. Turbotax suggested calling the transcript service, but they refused to send the transcript without explanation. How can I complete my return and avoid punishment?

I just signed into 2022 Drake Tax and can't continue with a new return because of a message stating I haven't paid for the return, even though I paid for 10 returns upfront and the payment was processed and deducted from my bank account. What should I do to resolve this issue and get my returns done?
