I’m in the process of dissolving my S-Corp because it has been non-operational all year. Do I still need to pay the SE taxes in the meantime? I also have a job elsewhere where I pay into Social Security and Medicare. Does that make a difference?

I need to find out if I need to claim my husband and my Roth IRA money on our state taxes. We took money out to put a down-payment for a new house.
