How do I apply for my next COVID assistance check? I received the first one, $600, but the others have not come. I did not file a tax return as my son claims me as a dependent. He gets nothing for me and the money has dried up. Do I have to file separately and if so, how?

I was born in the US but never lived there and am planning to go back and work in the US. I have dual citizenship and work and pay taxes in another country. I'm not sure how to start getting back into the US tax system without getting penalties. I am currently 32 years old, have no dependents, and have never filed taxes before. Last year, due to COVID, I made around $9.4k in Thailand. I have a US passport and Social Security number. How should I proceed to avoid penalties and properly re-enter the US tax system?

What distribution codes could show on the 1099-Rs for Roth funds accidentally moved to a traditional IRA from a 401K? From the 401K folks, and also from the receiving IRA folks if I move or pull those funds out.
