I need to withdraw my retirement savings before the age of 59 and have been told there will be a 10% tax fee. I've been told that I could potentially get the fee waived if I can prove financial hardship. Is this accurate, and how do I find out if I qualify for an exemption?

I have a 2023 capital gain estimated tax payment requirement and want to know if safe harbor rules can help me delay paying all capital gains tax until 2024 when filing my 2023 tax return. In Q1, I exercised incentive stock options in a private company that will cost me with AMT, and in Q2 2023, I may sell some private company stock at long-term capital gain.

I recently discovered that my 2021 taxes were never accepted when I used the IRS e-file site. The forms I printed were the wrong ones, specifically a tax return form for seniors, which is incorrect for my situation. Now, I am required to fill out a Schedule 1 & 3. I am confused about how to proceed and want to avoid incurring more expenses. What should I do?
