When will I receive my tax return and stimulus payment, given that I am 73 years old, filed single, and have $600 coming because I did not receive the second stimulus check?

I was trying to fill out my 2020 tax return and they would not give me credit for taxes taken out of my social security because I voluntarily have 10% taken out. They also would not let me claim credit for my solar system, which they told me last year I could claim this year, and now they tell me next year. Additionally, they take out Medicare. What have I tried so far? I tried filing on my TurboTax Deluxe and only getting $557 from my 401k.
