I have a rental property in DC but live in a different state, so I'm trying to file D-30. I have a loss from the property last year. Do I include this as a net operating loss deduction carryover in D-30 NOL, which feeds into D-30 line 35?

I need to file 1099 forms for two independent contractors, one with an S Corp and one with an LLC. The tax preparer I worked with did not file the 1099s as promised, and I have since completed my taxes myself. What type of 1099 forms should I send, and can I file them myself using my SSN since I don't have an EIN? Also, is it too late to file the 1099s now?

I took my tax information to a preparer a month ago and still haven't received any information on filing. I have called them and no one answers the phone. What do I do if I don't get my taxes back by Monday, the deadline? I'm on a fixed income so I need time to get money to pay them and my taxes.

I work remotely and live in OK, working in OK. In 2021, I worked remotely for a company for 4 months. I filed my 2021 tax return on March 30th and received all refunds except for PA’s, which is currently under routine review. Am I in trouble, and should I be concerned about an audit?
