I need to know if I am required to file Form 8606 (Nondeductible IRAs) and how I calculate this. I made a $7000 contribution but based on income and MAGI, I can deduct $4720, leaving $2280 as my nondeductible IRA. I did my taxes online with "Online Taxes" site and they did not file Form 8606 with my return. I just need to know if I am filing my IRA contribution correctly.

We have overpaid the last year's tax for a C-corporation and are planning to wind up the company within a couple of months. Is there a way to get the overpayment refunded quickly, as waiting for a normal refund would mean the company won't exist to receive it?
