Trying to find out about a painting/artist and its value, and how to sell it.

I have a large oil painting that I am looking to sell. It was painted in 1992 by Airele of Prestige Arts. I don't know what it is worth. The painting is in excellent condition with the artist's signature and a letter of authenticity. What is the value of this painting?

I have a ring from my late grandmother that is 10k stamped and I suspect it may have a genuine sapphire set in it. I would like to know how and where to assess for authentication and possibly sell it. The ring looks handmade with fine details around the stone, has a 4-corner setting, and the stone is quite large. The ring is in very good condition, with all claws intact and solid, and it is probably over 50 years old, maybe more.

I have a large, heavy white jade circular sculpture about 2 ft 1 inch in diameter and from approximately 1 inch to 2.5 inches thick, with a Chinese symbol carved on it meaning either blessing or wealth. I inherited it from my job where we do demolition, and my boss had collected it from properties over the years. How much is it worth?
