I have a large oil on canvas signed by Emma Tapping and dated 1875. The title appears to be 'Parliament House' and it is in good condition. The frame measures 25 x 23 inches, and the painting itself measures 23 x 18 inches. The back of the canvas states GEO. (George) ROWNEY, RATHBONE PLACE & LONDON. How much should I sell this painting for, considering that female artists are not as revered as male ones?
