I have a 1916 treadle sewing machine in a 3-drawer cabinet with serial number F6792652. The cabinet is in fair condition, the machine still works, but there is damage on the top lid from paint tins. I think I have an oil painting by Henri Cassiers possibly from the 1890s. The frame is old, late 1800s, and stamped on metal plates that hold the corners of the canvas to the frame. I found a black and white image just like the color painting I have online, but mine is not signed. What is the painting's authenticity and value, and what is the value of the frame?
