I have a photo album from the 1st World War, dated 1908, with perfect pictures and writing. My grandfather was stationed in Georgia, and the album shows men in his company and scenes around the fort, which is now a museum. The museum in Augusta, Georgia, wants the album, and I would like to know its value for tax purposes and where to get an appraisal.
