I have a book titled 'Flavius Josephus ...leather bond....excellent condition.... volume II Boston, printed & published by S Walker, Newbury Street 1823'. It was found in Hollis NH. The pages are stained around the edges, but otherwise, it appears to be in excellent condition. What can you tell me about its value and condition?

I found a hand-beaded velvet-covered ball on a footed brass base with a brass finial at an antique store estate sale. The ball is about 5" in diameter and has 3 brass "leaves". I'm curious about its origin and purpose. What could it be and what is its potential value?

I recently unpacked many old items belonging to my grandmothers and mother, including stamps, coins, old postcards, lamps, needles, WW II items sent home by my dad, and many other items such as Look Magazine from the day Kennedy died and Flight From Dallas, as well as books from the turn of the century. How do I go about getting a fair market value for these items and who can I contact for assistance?
