I have a watercolor painting that a friend would like to get appraised. It was brought from England by her mother and was given to her by her uncle. There is information on the back of the painting and a certificate of authenticity. The painting is in good condition and measures 21 1/4 x 14 1/4. My friend mentioned that her uncle had it appraised at one time with Lloyds of London and had insurance on it.
