Lanternier & Co. plate measuring 12" across with lacy edges, gold edging, and a design featuring soft purple flowers fading to pink shades, growing from a green leafed vine with small thorns. On the back, it has A. Lanternier & Co. and Limoges in a half circle, along with a faded green anchor and the word France. Can you provide information about its history?

I have an antique fireplace mantel that is 80 inches tall, 60 inches wide, and 10 inches deep. It has a mantle shelf above and below the original oval beveled mirror, and round columns on both sides. The back has 'Tell City Desk Co.' and the word 'birch'. I'm wondering what its worth, both in its current condition and after refinishing.
