Can you tell me anything about this piece?

I have a watercolor painting by Ran Ting, signed and dated from the 1960s, depicting an open market scene in Formosa. The painting is in excellent condition, never restored, and framed. I also have several more black and white paintings by the same artist. What is the value of these paintings, and how can I sell them effectively?

I purchased a book, Ben Hur by Lew. Wallace, dated 1899. It has a signature, A. H. Aldridge Christmas 1899, and I would like to get more information regarding this book. How can I tell if it's a first edition, how rare, etc.?

I have a spoon with similar markings to others I've seen, but mine has an extra mark that appears to be a crown with a family crest on the front, which says 'all my god amende.' I'm interested in learning everything about it, including its possible value. The spoon is in fair condition and is marked 'rc' with an 'a,' which I believe indicates it's a first edition. What can you tell me about this spoon?
