I have an ornate, glass-topped, Chinese rosewood-carved dining table with two leaves and 8 chairs (including two captains) that my dad left me. It was built in the mid-1970s and is in good condition, but two chairs need repairs. One has a broken piece and the other needs to be glued. One glass covering for a leaf is also broken. How should I appraise and sell this set?
