I have a child's divided dish from the 1930s featuring Mickey Mouse in two spots and Pluto in the third. The dish has some stains, crazing, and flaking on the images. It has identifying markings on the front and faint writing on the back that might say 'Patriot China'. What is the value of this dish?

This is a small teapot in a padded fabric box. The pot with handle is about 5 1/2” tall. The clay has a purple cast to the reddish brown. I can’t tell which position is “up” on the bottom signature. The surface is smooth and has no speckles of white or black. Can you tell me more?
