I have a large painting titled 'Rustic Homestead' in a very ornate frame. It measures approximately 36x23, is signed, and has a metal plate at the bottom of the frame. The painting was in my grandmother's house since I was young, and I was born in 1967. It was in storage for a short time and has a few pellet-size holes and dents. I am trying to figure out the value of this painting and any information would be very helpful.
