My friend has a Ming plate that needs to be valued. It is a Chinese celadon porcelain dish with a slightly shaped rim, decorated in blue at the center with a circular Shou medallion enclosed by five stylised flower vignettes, eight abstract zoomorphic chilong at the rim, and the base has an apocryphal four-character mark of the Chenghua emperor (1465-1487). The dish is 2 inches deep by 10 inches in diameter and has some marring from being hung in a plate hanger.
