After baking for a few minutes, my electric M series oven (4 years old) beeps and says TCO open, and will no longer heat. This issue has been ongoing for several weeks. I have tried turning it off and using alternative ovens, but the pan for my roast is too large for them. Is there a way to restart the oven, and what could be causing this intermittent issue?

I have a GE dishwasher GDF570SGJ2cc with serial number FL736094B. The lights on the panel are not staying on, and the unit seemed dead this morning. I reset the breaker, and it worked a normal cycle. There are no error codes or blinking lights, and the dishwasher is about 6 or 7 years old. This issue has been going on for about a week, and I have tried resetting the controls and disconnecting the power. What could be causing this issue, and what else can I try?
