I have a Samsung washer less than a year old. It received a 5C code after washing a blanket that fell apart, and now it won't drain. I manually removed all debris, cleaned the rubber seal, and bailed the water, but it still won't work. What should I do to fix it?

My GE Monogram fridge (model ZI S420N) is cooling fine but is noisy for a period of time when the door closes and it starts up. The noise is more like a vibration and comes from the left back area of the garage door space above the fridge. The compressor was replaced less than a year ago, and the noise began about a month ago. What could be causing this noise and how can it be resolved?

I have water under my top load washing machine. I have taken off the cover and do not see any water leaks from the pump or hoses. There is oil on the top of the agitator mechanism. How do I tell if the seal is bad to the tub?

My Whirlpool Duet front load washer's door is locked, and the display does not show anything. The washer is from 2002, model #GHW9200LW. I have unplugged it for 5 minutes to reset, but it didn't unlock. The only light on is the door lock light, and when plugged back in, a motor runs, but no lights at the control panel. I removed the top panel and disconnected the hose from the pressure switch, but the pump still runs. What should I do next?
