I have a Hotpoint gas dryer model NVLR333GE0CC. Yesterday, it stopped working in the middle of drying. When I press the start button, it hums normally but stops when I let go. If I manually press down the door sensor and press the start button, it hums but doesn't tumble or heat. What do you think the most likely problem is, and considering the dryer is 10 years old, should I get it repaired or buy a new one?

My dishwasher flashes ER, sensing, sanitized, drying, and low. The only function that works is the 94-minute cycle. To erase the flashing codes, I run my finger across the top board, and it stops for a few seconds. What is causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

My dishwasher's rinse agent holder is filthy with black particles that look like mold, and the water inside is brown and nasty. I've tried cleaning it but can't. My landlord says it's fine, but I'm concerned about this dirt getting on my dishes. I have a propane whirlpool accubake oven that stopped working after preheating to 400 degrees. The broiler isn't working either, and I can't hear propane running to the oven when I try to bake or broil. The stove top works fine. What could be the issue?
