My Samsung combo oven NQ70M6650DS/A is not heating in the top microwave oven, but the bottom oven works fine. I have replaced the magnetron, diode, capacitor, microwave board, and all door switches, but the issue persists. The oven runs and sounds normal, and there are no fault codes. I have inspected the wiring and it looks good. What could be the problem, and what further steps can I take to diagnose and fix it?
