Hello. Robert here. My GE freezer has been having issues where it works OK for a month or two after a new board is installed, but still freezes OK if the door is not opened often. It also takes 24 hours to freeze new items like ice trays. What could be the problem and what should I check?

I have a Kenmore HE2 Plus washer, model #110 47512600. The washer has power (lights come on), but the cycle does not start. The door light stays on, and the 'Add a garment' light comes on even after pressing the 'stop' button twice. The door was locked, and cutting power didn't help. I used the manual door release to open the door and remove the clothes. The lock door light remained on, but the door did open. The washer has been working fine until now, with the only change being a slight re-leveling adjustment due to vibration. What could be the issue?

I have a GE Monogram side-by-side refrigerator that is about 15 years old. The ice maker has stopped working, and I have changed the filter, removed and reinstalled the ice maker, but still no water to the unit. The water dispenser is working. What could be the issue?
