I have an Electrolux dishwasher with electronic push pads that get jammed, preventing the dishwasher from starting. The blue sensors are either lit or very dim, and the Cancel Start button does not light up. The dishwasher is 3.7 years old. What can I do to fix this issue without needing a serviceman?

How do I access the lower cooling fan in my appliance? Is it necessary to pull the oven from the enclosure? Also, by opening the lower door during operation, the air flow is increased and the fault does not always occur. How is the air flow measured, if there is no sail switch? I think the fan is operating OK, but the problem is air flow measurement.
