How do I determine if the motor is blocked or has failed? The dishes are not getting cleaned, may not even be getting wet. The arm does not move during operation. The dishwasher is filling & draining as can be felt in the drain line and heard in the sink. After fill, the machine clicks, but during the wash/rinse phase there is no motor sound. The dishwasher is one year old, and worked perfectly at the last wash.
