My Vinotemp unit, a ten-year-old 90-bottle model, has suddenly started malfunctioning by dropping the temperature from my set point of 54 degrees to below 32 degrees, causing some wine bottles to freeze and pop their corks. My mom has a Tappan Signature 2000 gas oven. The buzzer is stuck on. I have the panel open but want to come back to fix it tomorrow. I turned the electric power off at the circuit breaker but did not turn the gas to the stove off. Is this ok to leave overnight? Wondering about the pilot light if there is one.
