Technicians have defrosted it using a hair dryer, but the issue keeps recurring. My son has been using a hammer to remove the ice, but it reappears. How do I prevent this from happening in the future?

I have a Frigidaire Professional dishwasher with model number ***** and serial number *****. It goes through the wash cycle but doesn't drain well, leaving water in the bottom and causing some to spill onto the floor when the door is opened. The dishes also come out soapy. I checked the drain hose and ran a wire through the pipe, which seems clear. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to fix it?

One of the coils broke on the heater coil. We replaced that and the heater worked, but now doesn't shut down during the cool down cycle so the dryer overheats. Now the thermo fuse blew and the dryer wouldn't start. My husband used your suggestion about the thermo fuse (taping blue wires together) and it is now running but we still have the issue of the dryer overheating during the cool down cycle. What could be the issue and how can it be fixed?
