I'm trying to remove the drum from my Kenmore 700 series top-loading washer to clean the outside of the drum and inside of the plastic sleeves. The drum won't slide off the drive shaft and keeps getting stuck. What can I do to remove the drum without damaging the washer?

My Samsung refrigerator model RF217ABPN/XXA is staying around 40°F with a fine freezer, running fan, and replaced thermostat and defrost sensor. The tech suggested a computer board, which is unavailable. Is it possible that replacing the thermostat could fix the issue, or is the problem likely with the board, making the refrigerator beyond repair?

I have a Whirlpool appliance that is at least 10 years old and has started making a buzzing noise for the past 3 weeks. The buzzing is not continuous and I believe it has something to do with the water arm. I have checked to make sure nothing was in the bottom of the unit under the rack.
