My Samsung refrigerator model RF217ABPN/XXA is staying around 40°F with a fine freezer, running fan, and replaced thermostat and defrost sensor. The tech suggested a computer board, which is unavailable. Is it possible that replacing the thermostat could fix the issue, or is the problem likely with the board, making the refrigerator beyond repair?

I have a Whirlpool appliance that is at least 10 years old and has started making a buzzing noise for the past 3 weeks. The buzzing is not continuous and I believe it has something to do with the water arm. I have checked to make sure nothing was in the bottom of the unit under the rack. What could be causing this noise and how can I fix it?

My refrigerator, bought in 2008, stopped cooling or freezing after I replaced the water line. The fridge and freezer are warm, the compressor and fan at the back are not running, but the fan inside the freezer is running. What could be the issue and what should I check or do next?

I recently moved into my home and the dishwasher came with it. It's a GE model # GDT690SGF1WW, and I can't figure out how to start it. I'm not sure how old it is, and there are no blinking lights. It's been the last day I've been trying to start it. I've used it twice before, but I don't know how to get it going again. I need to operate the buttons prior to closing the door, and I'm not sure which settings it needs to be on before I close it to get it to start immediately. I thought it was on a time delay but it hasn't started in the last 1-3 hours.

My Whirlpool refrigerator's freezer is icing up even after manual defrosting. I unplugged the unit for 6 hours to clear the ice, but it started frosting up again within 12 hours of plugging it back in. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

Our five/six year old Whirlpool Refrigerator (model WRB322DMBM00) needs to be manually defrosted every six to eight weeks. Would a Service Test be worthwhile? If so, what Mode should I be focusing on, especially Service Test #1 for Defrost Thermostat & Defrost Circuit Test?
