I have a Whirlpool Refrigerator, model WRT3L1SZYB00, with a clogged drain plug. The freezer fills with water every time it defrosts. I've taken the unit apart, but the drain valve's angle makes it difficult to clear the clog. I tried using an extended warranty service, but the technician couldn't fix the problem. Whirlpool refunded the warranty money. How can I replace the drain valve and/or the whole line?

My Whirlpool electric 24-inch double oven self-cleaned and fried the oven, rendering it inoperative. The oven is on its own breaker, which never tripped. I've contacted Whirlpool, but their response was to find a repairman and fix it myself. I'm planning to sue in small claims court but need to get the oven fixed first. I have a Frigidaire microwave model PLMVZ169HCA. I hooked up two wires on the control board backwards, which blew the board. I replaced the board and the main fuse, but now when I plug the unit in, there is nothing on the display. What else might I have damaged in the unit?
