I am trying to replace the electrical cord on my Kenmore canister vacuum model 116.29319210. I have removed two screws, but I cannot locate the other two screws or figure out how to remove the cord rewind button to access the electrical cord. How can I proceed with this repair?

I'm working on a KitchenAid built-in refrigerator model number ksss42qjb00. The problem is no ice when the ice lever is pushed. I notice that the flapper door does not open all the way and closes too fast. As I press down on the ice lever and reach in with two fingers to open the flapper door all the way at the same time, the ice dispenses just fine. What parts do I order and what is the procedure to remove this dispenser to replace parts?
