I had a KitchenAid induction cooktop installed in my new house 4 years ago. It stopped working, would come on but just beep, flash, and not work. I replaced it with a new one, but it also comes on, flashes, beeps, and won't work. An electrician checked everything and says there's nothing wrong with the wiring. What could be the issue, and what should I do next?

I have a GE PCT7050SF5SS wall oven with a true hidden bake element. The bottom of the oven is not getting hot, so it's not baking properly. How do I replace the hidden bake element, and do I remove it from the front or back?

I have a high-efficiency top-loading washing machine that is 5 years old. It requires holding the start button for 3 seconds to start, but it's not responding. I've checked the breaker, and it's working fine. Is there a reset button, and do you need the model number to diagnose the issue?

I have a Maytag refrigerator (model MFI2569VEB, 10 years old) with a slow water dispenser. I have replaced the secondary water valve and the water filter, flushed the system multiple times, and the lines are not kinked. However, the secondary water valve is making a noise again. What else can I check or do to resolve this issue?

I've never used liquid fabric softener before. I usually run my laundry twice, first with soap, then another cycle with just water. Can I add the fabric softener to the second cycle and run it? Should I add the softener to the cup on top of the center axle or pour it into the tub and on top of the clothes? If I ran a third wash cycle with just water, would all the effects of the fabric softener be washed away? How would I eventually get the softener out of the clothes if needed?
