I have a 10-year-old Kenmore Elite refrigerator model #596.73503201. The fridge and freezer stopped cooling, and there is a clicking sound at times. I replaced the relay, cleaned the condenser, and the fans are running, but it's still not cooling. What could be the issue?

My 2018 stacking washer/dryer, model YWET4027 HWO, started making a loud clicking noise last week. The 'lock' light doesn’t come on, and the lid isn’t locked well into the wash cycle, but it does lock during spinning.
