I have a Whirlpool DUET SPORT DRYER. I replaced the felt belts in the rear and front of the drum, but now the felt is keeping the drum from rotating. The machine is trying to rotate the drum but the friction created by the felt belts is holding the system from functioning. What should I do?

Model: MF12568AES. Serial: 11036589LC, French Door Bottom Freezer. Panel lights on the door all blink. Can't change from cubes to water by pushing the button. Clicking sound seems to be coming from the ice chute. Have unplugged the refrigerator for five minutes and restarted. No change. What should I do?

I needed to replace the thermostat in my freezer. The replacement part I received has an additional wire to it. The instructions online say it is to be fished through to the back outside of the unit when you pull the old wire through and then wrapped around the wires with only a cap applied to it. Does this have to be done? If so, how do I get it from the inside to the outside, since my original one does not have the extra wire?
