I have a GE electric stove/oven model # PS960BL1TS. When I turn on just one cooktop element, all four come on together at high power and stay on. Additionally, I had one part of a triple element burner stop working some time ago, and now I'm also experiencing a burning smell. I tried resetting the main breaker but it didn't resolve the problem. What part might be faulty and what should I do?

My electric range will not turn on, and the control panel is dark. When the back burner is turned on, all the control panel lights come on briefly but then go dark. The bake light comes on for 30 seconds when the bake button is pressed, but then everything turns off. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to troubleshoot it?
