I have a 5-year-old Maytag front loader direct drive washer (model MHW3505FW1) that has been making a sound like it's trying to drain for a couple of days. I've replaced the pump drain assembly and the pressure sensor, but the issue persists. The washer won't let me select a wash, but I can go through the sequence to reset it. I'm getting error codes E01 F03. The door is locked, and the pump is running. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?
