I have a double KitchenAid Superba oven and ran the self-cleaning cycle on the lower oven this morning. It is now almost 9 hours later and I cannot open the lower oven. The display shows 'door locked' and when I try to start the upper oven, I get a 'too hot' message, even though the appliance is cold to the touch. What should I do?

I have an Amana dryer (model ned7200tw) that starts, the drum turns, then stops, and there's a burnt smell coming from the electronic board. The dryer doesn't spin completely and looks like it wants to spin but then overheats. I replaced the board but the issue persists. The drum turns manually but gets heavy and sticks.
