I have a Frigidaire Gallery Series front load washer. Whenever I wash rugs in my washer, they are left sopping wet at the end of the cycle. I have tried the Drain/Spin option on the machine, but it will not spin them fast enough to get the water out. Any ideas?

I have a 5-year-old double oven model RBD305PD15 with a serial number XXXXX in a new house. The control panel shorted out and went black a few days before contacting ASI. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty control panel, but the part is on backorder. My wife is upset as Thanksgiving is next week. What can I do?

I have a Whirlpool built-in microwave and oven combo. It was working when removed, but my son did not hook up the ground wire nor tie it to the neutral when he installed it. The filter suppressor smoked, and I have replaced that part. Is the ground not being hooked up the cause of that problem? What other problems should I check for when I power it back up?
