I have a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator with a fountain that is only dispensing crushed ice, but the customer wants cubed ice. The solenoid tested good, and the actuator popped when 120 VAC was applied. What could be causing this issue, and what steps should I take to troubleshoot and fix it?

We ran the drier without the water container. Is it safe to rerun the drier, and what happened to the water when we ran the drier without a water container? Is the drier damaged in any way?

My Bosch SilencePlus 50 dishwasher is showing error code 25 and the water will not drain. The drain hose runs about 2 feet and empties into the disposal unit. During the wash cycle, a high-pitched sound was heard, and at the end of the cycle, everything stopped. I drained the water by hand, removed the filter, cleaned debris, and restarted the machine, but it stopped again and showed E 25. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to resolve it?
