The spark igniters on my oven are only lighting some of the time. I purchased new ones that I will be replacing in the next few days. Someone told me on this particular model it could be caused by a bad ground wire, so I plan to replace that as well. He told me to run a 10 or 12 gauge wire to the chassis. Could you explain where exactly I should run this new ground wire?

How can I open a lower freezer door that sometimes is almost impossible to open because it gets off its track? I have had to pry it open on occasion, leaving dents on the door. Additionally, I accidentally left the freezer door ajar for several hours, causing high temperatures in both the top and bottom sections. Now, the temperatures have corrected themselves, but I can't open the freezer door.
