I have a GE top-loading washer that is 3 years old. The lid lock will not come on, and it will not spin. I have replaced the lid lock, striker, and control board. The washer fills with water and drains only. What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?

My Maytag Washer door is locked and I can't open it. The washer is approximately 1 year old, model W10775517B. I turned the washer off, started the selected cycle, decided to add more items, shut the machine off, and tried to open the door, but it remained locked. What should I do?

I have a Jenn-Air microwave JMC7000ADW that just quit working; no interior light and nothing on the control panel. The microwave is approximately 18 years old. We tried replacing the ceramic fuse in the main wiring harness but that did not fix it. What could be the issue, and is there a replacement control board available?

My microwave (Model# JES2051SN255, Serial# MV 201347 L) has a problem where the panel lights work, I can enter time, but when I hit start, it doesn't cook. It clicks like it's turning on, the timer goes down, but the plate inside doesn't move nor does it cook. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
