I have a Kenmore front-load 3.5 super capacity washer and it will not spin on high speed, causing the clothes to come out wetter than they should be. The tub spins slowly, and I've tried changing the load size. What can it be and can I check it?

The issue is likely due to the washer not recognizing the load as balanced, preventing it from spinn...

My top-load washer got off balance and stopped. I tried to stop the cycle, redistribute the weight, and restart, but now it's filled with water and stopped with the door unlocked. Any suggestions?

I have a Frigidaire washer that stopped agitating but continues to spin and drain. It fills with water but doesn't agitate. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?

Plastic on the inside of the dryer, how do I get it off?

My washer is not draining. I have checked the pump for debris, which was clear, and the lines, which were also clear. The pump turns well in both directions, but nothing moves when I do that. Could the shaft that drives the pump be broken?

I have a GE PowerVent Model#GG40T6PF00 water heater with a noisy motor. I've taken it apart a couple of times but can't figure out how to get oil to the front motor bearing. I can't find a way to access a set screw to remove the blower wheel, so I assume it's screwed onto the motor shaft. If so, it should unscrew in the same direction the motor turns to avoid unscrewing when running. They want half the price of a complete new water heater for a new blower assembly. How can I access the front motor bearing and remove the blower wheel?
